LOL went to chem course today which was better than i expected lol. cos i was rather negative about it as it added 5 hours to my otherwise rather empty schedule. so vivian and i went and first thing we did was to make PAPER WEIGHT! haha that was cool ^^ but kinda screwed cos we didnt know what to do=.= it turned out quite nice though ^^
next was the chromium experiment where we had to like treat remove chromium from waste water. lol the experiment was kinda dry but the stories the lecturer said was SUPER cool!
its like he said that there was this guy who wanted to murder his wife to get the inheritance as well as so that he could marry another girl. but he couldn't make it as sudden death which would be suspicious. he noticed that his wife loved coffee. so he boiled lead with some chemical(forgot=.=) which was poisonous and look like white crystals, rather similar to that of sugar and mixed it 50:50 with the sugar in the sugar bowl. his wife used the sugar and of course got sick. then after a few days after his wife got sick, he changed the sugar back to 100% real sugar and his wife got better. so he did this repeatedly until one day his girlfriend said that she wanted him to either divorce the wife or kill her immediately. of course then he got anxious and put 100% of the lead something as sugar. his wife vomited upon eating the sugar afterwhich called the health board and his whole plan was discovered. COOL EH?! ^^ lol there's one more story which i wont say cos its long too.
third expermint was the designing of perfume . ZOMFG i totally screwed up on it. cos we were like given different fragrances and are supposed to like adjust accordingly to our likes. unfortunately, i have a cold and well could NOT smell a thing=.= so i tried my luck and added some stuff : orange, ester(banana smelling), rose and peppermint. so i tried it moments ago and ZOMFG WAS IT STINKY. viv said she could only smell the mint, jasper said it was too strong, zongwei said not suitable for posting comment=.= oh welllllllll :( i guess my gut feeling isnt always accurate =x

SP campus is ZOMFG super big. vivian and i would have been totally lost if not thanks to our good sense of direction ^^ and the map=.=

went to find jasper and zongwei after and YES! i underspent this time ZOMFG *pats self on back* heh :D 我要吃冰! ^^ ice rocks :D breakfast tmr anyone~ ^^
